During the Europop explosion of the early 80s, one British unit would make our head spin 'round. After 1984's Sophisticated Boom Boom LP, way more sexiness shall hit the dance-floor. Electrified by the rhythm, we are all either: DEAD OR ALIVE.

Damage of high-magnitude, the kink factor heats-up on "I Wanna Be A Toy" and the power-punch of "D.J. Hit That Button". The mechanized experiences of both "Lover Come Back To Me" and "My Heart Goes Bang" are full colorful beat-filled escapades.

A now mandatory worldwide disco ritual, the whirlwind of "You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)" sent us into the stratosphere. High energy with incisive hooks, animalistic and addictive, this 80s icon is still worshipped at the Altar Of Pop-Dance.

From earthquake to full youthquake, always aside from the mainstream newwave, for a little while, the club-only poison of DEAD OR ALIVE ruled. Produced by the S.A.W. team and eventually RIAA-certified Gold, the band shall issue 1986's Mad, Bad And Dangerous To Know LP.
